Orders

We have English-speaking staff members who will communicate with you throughout the entire process.
These instruments are exempt from Japanese consumer tax when shipped overseas, so drop us a line with your country and we will provide a quote with combined shipping in our reply.
Payment
Once the order has been discussed, we will send an invoice to your email by PayPal. Payment through bank transfers is accepted as well.
Shipping
We usually ship the same or next day of confirmed payment and always do a thorough check/setup before packing.
We have years of experience safely shipping packages overseas and normally use Japan Post's expedited (insured) EMS service, but can take requests to use other services such as FedEx.
