We can ship most items internationally, but cannot export some limited by CITES such as Brazilian Rosewood or Ivory.

* PRICE AND TAX
If the shipping address is outside Japan, Japanese domestic tax ("消費税 (shouhizei)") won't be added to the price.
Customs duties (import tax) aren't included in the item price or shipping cost. We don't know all foreign tax rates, so if you have a question about import tax please contact the nearby tax office in your country.
We don't undervalue items on custom forms.

* SHIPPING
Normally, we use EMS or FedEx.
Shipping cost varies by the destination country.

The parcel will have a tracking number, so you can check the shipping status on the transporter website.
Generally, it will take about 1-2 weeks to deliver.

* PAYMENT
We accept the follwing three payment methods:
   Bank Wire Transfer
   Money Order
   PayPal
We can't accept payments from credit card issued outside Japan.
Please use PayPal service if you want to use your credit card.
We ship items immediately after payment confirmation.

* RETURN POLICY

We don't accept returns on international orders.
But please feel free to tell us if the item you received is broken or defective and we will make an effort to solve the matter.
